Order Status

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
  • Shipping Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation from the YEP business team when your product is shipped.
  • Shipping Timeline: All orders will be shipped in April 2026, after our in-person marketplace on April 11, 2026.
  • Pick-Up Options:
    • KCC Farmers Market Pick-Up (April 11, 2026) – See details below.
    • Individual School Pick-Up: If the fulfillment states date & time TBD. Student entrepreneurs will reach out via email with further instructions from that particular school.

 Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. YEP is a learning experience for student entrepreneurs who have worked hard to develop their value-added agricultural products. Your support helps them gain real-world business experience!

KCC Farmers Market Pick-Up (April 11, 2026)

  • Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Location: Kapiolani Community College (KCC) Farmers Market
  • Pick-Up Process:
    • Customers will pick up products directly from student vendor booths.
    • Each school has its own booth, allowing students to share their business stories.
    • Volunteers will be on-site to assist if needed.

Can I Change My Order?

  • Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.
  • To request a change, email orders@hawaiiagfoundation.org as soon as possible.
